SUITABILITY AND PLANNING

Richard Rainey Architects are experienced in carrying out feasibility studies and skilled in 3D visualisations to ensure our designs are understood by clients, planners and financial backers etc. .

In all projects RRA provides visualisations to ensure the design and fully understand before proceeding to technical drawings, also for planning or construction purposes. The models are created in Revit and Sketchup and this is normally used in conjunction with Google Earth to ensure realistic design proposal.

REVIT software is becoming increasingly used in the office as well as Autocad for the creation of presentation and technical construction drawings.

Sketchup

is used to present clients with images and videos of projects during the design process. These images are presented in conjunction with Google Earth to demonstrate the relationship of the proposed building and the actual site.

Water Colours

can be produced by Airi Rainey, a practising artist, as some clients prefer this approach to computer generated images.

Physical Modals

can be made, in house, to make it easier to visualise the proposals or sometimes as a Planners requirement.
